We ship all over the world, exept some destinations in Africa and islands.

Shipping cost is based on the total weight of items in your basket and your location. There are few options to chose from :

* Standard Registered mail with a tracking number / Once we ship , we will upload the tracking number for your shipment on the order page - you can see it entering your account.

Post Delays may occur in holiday seasons or other unpredictable post problems. If you think that your item has been delayed or you have questions on delivery, please, contact us: craftsbulgaria@gmail.com 

HANDLING & PACKING

We will ship within 24 – 48 h of receiving your order !
We strive to keep good stock on all items offered, if there is out-of-stock item you will receive a message about delay of shipment.

GIFT wrapping – don‘t hesitate to write us your personal Gift message – we will print and send along.

REPLACEMENTS  &  RETURNS

Our aim is that all our products reach you in perfect condition. If you're disappointed in any way we would like to know, so please make sure you contact us if this is the case.
We strive to amicably resolve all issues that may arise. If you are not satisfied with your purchase and wish to return your item for a refund or exchange, we will be happy to do so.

Please, ensure that we receive the item back in its original condition within 20 days of you receiving it.
